# Signature TX Templates ✍️

Magic words to help clarify Ricardian LLC "Series" formation

DAO members and multi-sig signers usually have an opportunity to call \`mint()\` or send ETH to mint a Ricardian NFT with extra legal formalities through their UI or proposal functions (for example, [Moloch ](https://daohaus.club/)proposal *\`details\`* string). Below are a collection of templates for these Ricardian signature transactions:

### Simple Signature:
